Delete your Live BPM account and data

This page explains how to delete your Live BPM account and the data attached to it. Live BPM is published by Kostiantyn Pogorielov. You do not need the app installed to make this request.

Request deletion by email

Send us a message from the email address your Live BPM account uses:

support@livebpm.app

Sending from the account's own address is how we confirm the request is yours; we do not ask you for any identity documents. If you can no longer access that address, write to us anyway and we will find another way to verify it with you.

We confirm receipt when we see the message and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Or delete it yourself in the app

If you still have Live BPM installed, you can do it immediately: Account → Delete account. It runs the same server-side deletion described below and takes effect at once.

What gets deleted

• your account and sign-in identities;
• your profile (display name and avatar, if your sign-in provider supplied them);
• every synced session and detection;
• data saved by the tools for those sessions;
• your collections;
• your synced settings;
• your subscriber record at RevenueCat, which is the service that tracks purchase state for us.

What is not covered

• Analytics and crash reports. They are pseudonymous and not linked to your account, so there is nothing there to tie back to you and remove. What they contain is described in our Privacy Policy.
• Purchase receipts held by Apple and Google. They belong to your store account, not to us, and only the store can remove them.
• Data on your device. Sessions and settings stored locally are removed when you uninstall the app.

Important: deleting your account does not cancel a subscription

A Full Kit subscription is billed by the store, not by us, and it keeps renewing until you cancel it there. Cancel first, then delete:

• iOS — App Store subscription settings
• Android — Google Play subscription settings

Deletion is permanent. Your synced sessions cannot be restored afterwards, so export or note down anything you want to keep before you ask us.
